Tuition fees

Two year master's

The cost of tuition fees for UK students (Home fee status) is £7,450 a year, and for students outside of the UK (Islands/Overseas fee status) is £12,300 a year.

Three year master’s

As you progress through the three-year GMPH, you’ll earn qualifications as you go - achieving a postgraduate certificate after the first year, and a postgraduate diploma after the second year, going on to receive the full master’s degree after you’ve completed the third year (please note that PGCert and PGDip qualifications will only be awarded to students exiting the course early, without completing the full GMPH).

As you complete each year, you’ll only be charged the top-up fee for the next year’s course of study. The full fee is only applicable to students joining Imperial College London after gaining the certificate or diploma elsewhere.

Year 1 – PG Cert

Full fee: UK student - £7,450/overseas students - £12,300

Year 2 – PG Dip

Top-up fee: UK student - £4,470/overseas students - £7,380 (full fee: UK student - £11,920/overseas students - £19,680)

Year 3 – MPH

Inflation
Please note: fees for students on courses lasting more than one year will increase annually by an amount linked to inflation, including for part-time students on modular programmes. The measure of inflation used will be the Retail Price Index (RPI) value in the April of the calendar year in which the academic session starts - so the RPI value in April 2023 will apply to fees for the academic year 2023–2024.
EU/EEA students
Students from the EU, other EEA countries and Switzerland starting a programme on or after 1 August 2021 will no longer be eligible for the UK tuition fee rate, and so will be charged the full overseas fee. Please note, this does not apply to: Irish students; Students with Citizens Rights benefitting from Citizens’ Rights under the EU Withdrawal Agreement, EEA EFTA Separation Agreement or Swiss Citizens’ Rights Agreement respectively.
