The course overall was helpful. The speaker spoke with lots of run-on sentences, lots of sentences that start with so, some sentences that start with and / but, pronunciation of want to is wanna and pronunciation of good is gu. The last one was extremely irritating and distracting as the pronunciation of good is good. I appreciated the transcripts of the slides although they weren't completely accurate. Not sure the course was worth $49, however, as it is basically a recording done once by the speaker and it's done.

Not bad. Although, it feels not too carefully crafted. A lot of mistakes and typos, not so emotionally envolving videos. It would be much better if author has payed attention for reading materials to correct all mistakes. Also I would appreciate adding more examples and explanations. Anyway, thank you for your work and wish you to become better in the future!

Ayudaría a llegar a más público si los videos o el texto estuvieran disponibles en diferentes idiomás, fuera de eso es un buen curso

$50 for the training materials, plsu additional $680 for the ITIL 4 Foundation. What a good business.

sound and video quality was not what I expected from a course in Coursera

The material is important, but the presentation is a bit monotonous.

Is useles to pure itil course in coursera while you need anyway a voucher to follow the official course and pay again a lot of money. Why instead you do not invite people for the real exam?
