This course has been designed to help developing leaders like you, using a three step model that I call lab: learn, apply and benefit. We will navigate the challenges of our time and have insights on business disruptions. Fantastic, isn't it? Along the next four modules, we will discover practical ways to be a better leader. The first module is called disruptive leadership. We will cover topics like, how to use the lab model, learn, apply, benefits. How to understand the great resets process. What are the new competencies for a leader. Especially, for those who lead in hybrids or remote environments. We will understand how to elaborate our leadership brands and how to craft good stories, that will engage team members. When we start the second module, lifelong learner, we will work on very important topics for a leader in order to answer some quick questions. For example, how to expand our self-knowledge and take care of the personal and professional life balance, really important. Another question, how can we establish priorities? How can we develop different styles on leading people? Let's learn together how we can better understand the person in the mirror. How to put our oxygen mask first. The third module, will focus on communication and managing the team. It's titled, "what do they need". This shows that the modern leader will invest efforts in engaging the team members and obtain results in this new scenario. The new leader needs to act as consultant for the team. We will address interesting aspects, not only for subordinates, but also how we can influence peers, managers and stakeholders. It is important to balance what I call, the what and how. Why is it, so important to preserve the culture of the company? It's important to balance what and how, that is, the leader must guide the employee in what to do and how we should do it. Wait and learn on this, on the third module. It will be very interesting to learn how to provide quality feedback. I will show you the SBI model. In the third module, we will get to know the art of leadership. That is, three pillars that should guide you as a leader. The fourth module will be titled, future is now, and will show how leaders should rethink about the new competencies of leadership and adopt a disruptive attitude. We will learn how to create the future, discussing innovation and transformation, agile leadership and the digital posture of the leader of the future.
